CLWA: Concrete Reinvented for a Circular Future

At Rockpore, we’re building a circular, low-carbon future for construction. That’s why we created CLWA — a high-performance aggregate that cuts the environmental impact of concrete while meeting modern structural demands.

Our Arctic Stone offers 15–35% weight reduction for structural concrete while maintaining durability without compromise.

Born Circular. Designed for Full-Loop Recycling

Arctic Stone is a next-gen circular aggregate made from recycled concrete and glass, offering high strength, low water absorption, and excellent cement bonding.

Unlike traditional RCAs, it is thermally processed and performance-enhanced, with:

  • Bulk density: 650–900 kg/m³

  • Water absorption: < 9%

  • Strong recyclability: Can be reprocessed into new Arctic Stones without loss of quality

This enables full-loop recycling — turning concrete waste into high-value structural input again and again, supporting carbon cuts and zero-waste construction.

Making Concrete Circular — Not Just Recyclable

Concrete causes over 8% of global COâ‚‚ emissions. Arctic Stone helps change that.

By cutting aggregate weight by 20–50%, Arctic Stone enables lighter concrete with:

  • Less cement, steel, and reinforcement

  • Lower transport emissions

  • Reduced raw material use

It also works with low-carbon binders and can be fully reused, turning demolition waste into new aggregates.

This marks a shift from linear to circular — making concrete part of the solution.
