At Rockpore, Vitrified Silicate Material (VSM) is the mineral backbone of Arctic Stone.

VSM is a melt-processed silicate material engineered for strength, stability, and controlled thermophysical behaviour. In Arctic Stone production, it functions as the thermal bonding agent.

Arctic Stone is designed for structural concrete where strength, durability, and circularity must coexist — and VSM is what makes this possible.

At end of life, low-carbon concrete made by replacing coarse aggregates with Arctic Stone can be recycled and thermally bonded into new, similar CO₂-reactive aggregates using the same VSM material system.
