✅ Participation in the €4 million Horizon Europe project CIRCWIND, validating our product in the European wind turbine market
✅ Scaling up production in Iceland through a strategic investment initiative backed by ISK 70 million in public funding
✅ Advancing a scalable production model in Norway using mining tailings and recycled concrete
✅ Expanding additive production, batch testing, and certification aligned with EU Taxonomy and Green Deal targets

 

This capital increase is structured as a private placement under Norwegian law and is offered exclusively to qualified investors, industrial stakeholders, and selected individuals who share our mission and can support Rockpore’s long-term strategic development.
