Innovation Project for the Industrial Sector 2023

Rockpore is part of a Norwegian and Icelandic consortium that has been awarded the “Innovation Project for the Industrial Sector 2023” grant from The Research Council of Norway for a project to develop a fully circular pontoon design which aims to reduce up to 12,000 tons of CO2 by 2037, while utilizing waste materials from the mining and geothermal industry as main raw materials.
